I contacted HSJ because of the great reviews and pictures of their work. I was definitely not disappointed; my carpets are cleaned and look better then before. To their defense the carpets are about 7 years old lol. There was a little mix-up in communication and time but Shacita made it right. The two gentleman that came out was professional and extremely nice; both apologized for the timing mishap. Overall, I'm pleased!
